These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Olib AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and execution of the steffi.ai software platform and related agent runtime integrations.

By deploying Steffi agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our technical compliance standards.

Steffi is a proprietary, compiled system written in Rust, utilizing specialized local small language models (SLMs). You agree to keep all technical blueprints, process gateway configurations, internal crate code logic, and anti-detection mechanisms strictly confidential.

You may not share diagnostic logs, reverse-engineer compiler structures, or leak details of execution mechanisms (such as the batata memory compaction cycles) to third parties. Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of license keys without refund.

3.1 Permitted Actions

You may deploy Steffi agents to automate SaaS software workflows, synchronize database records, monitor market listings, and scrape web targets, provided you hold legal access authority to target services.

3.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to use Steffi agents to:

• Engage in malicious bot activities, credential stuffing, or server abuse.
• Scrape data in violation of third-party platforms' copyright and authorization agreements.
• Deploy prompt injections to hijacking local agent execution structures.
• Transmit malware or construct illegal web requests.

STEFFI.AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT COMPILATION WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL OLIB AI BE HELD LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST DATA, REVENUE DECREASES, OR API BUDGET RUNAWAYS) ARISING FROM SYSTEM AUTOMATIONS OR AGENT DELEGATION ACTIONS.

You are solely responsible for setting token usage guardrails, reviewing active tool call budgets, and checking sandbox execution policies.

License tiers include pay-as-you-go hourly rental slots starting at $5/hour for Lite agents, $20/hour for Pro agents, and $50/hour for Max agents. Resource usages are validated periodically. Non-payment of subscription dues will deactivate local agent runtime daemons.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for agent-hours already spent or consumed during execution. Refunds are strictly available only for unused agent hours or pre-paid credits remaining in your balance. Refunds do not cover custom Enterprise service agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Georgia, United States**, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be settled via binding arbitration in DeKalb County, Georgia.
